Aurora Griffin is Co-Founder and Managing Partner of SCIF Capital and Why, Hello! She began her career studying ethics — not as an intellectual exercise, but as a framework for action. That conviction carried her from academia to the U.S. State Department, and then into private equity, venture capital, and asset management. She comes from six generations of entrepreneurs and has spent her career at the intersection of institutional process and first-principles thinking on how capital shapes outcomes. She holds a Stanford MBA, a Rhodes Scholarship, and a degree in Classics from Harvard.
